A Little Late... The Big Weekend

OK so this post is a little behind on time as many of the loving women in my life have pointed out... repeatedly. Last weekend, Sat. Aug. 19, Thaxton took his first trip to Dunlap. Lots of family and friends stopped in to say hello.

Thank you Gene and Linda, the Farmer Family, Regina, Pastor Amy Anna Grace and Chris, and Linda Pittman for giving our baby boy such a loving welcome.

A note worthy event on Sat. has to be mentioned. Papa Kell (John) tried his best to start Thaxton's training early. At 7:30am Papa Kell stole Thaxton for some bonding/educational time. This was accomplished by curling up in a chair and watching fishing shows all morning. Papa Kell will make a fisherman out of this boy. Now we just have to wait for some muscle coordination and for Thaxton to weigh more than a Bull-Red.
