Biscuit Blowout

This post really has nothing to do with Thaxton. I just wanted the world to see what happens when you take a tired working momma and let her make biscuits.
The key here is knowing that if you drop the shortening out of the cabinet do not have the bowl of sifted flour sitting directly below. This is important because if said shortening were to catch the edge of that bowl the cook would wind up with a face, and room, full of flour.
